Yogi Handbook

You can sign up for classes (in studio and online) , workshops and courses via our scheduling software here: link

If the class of your choice is full, we encourage you to get on a waiting list- and if you get in- we will notify you within the time period that works for you.

What to bring with you to the studio?

Bring a comfortable outfit. Make sure your top is not too ‘baggy’, and it won’t hang over your head in certain poses such as forward folds. If you want to shower afterwards, bring a towel. We practice barefoot, so you won’t need shoes.

All the needed props such as mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available at the studio inside of the yoga rooms. If you have your own mat- please bring it! We also supply disinfecting sprays- please disinfect props and especially the mat after use. IMPORTANT: please don’t use mats found near changing rooms/ in hallways- those are private and belong to other students.

At our studio you can pay via money transfer, blik, credit card, cash- any forms of payment are welcome :)

We accept MultiSport Plus, MultiSport Senior and Medicover and of course our Multi Passes. You can browse all available options for MultiPasses here: link

IMPORTANT:

Most MultiPasses are valid for 30 days (from the date of first visit), except for 3 month - ones. We DO NOT extend the validity of passes. It is not possible to use unused entries after the expiration date.

  1. First time around we’ll ask you to fill out a new student form.
  2. Every other time do make sure to check in at the front desk.
  3. Your jacket/ outer layer can be left on a hanger in the reception area.
  4. We leave shoes on shoe shelves also in the reception space.
  5. Both changing rooms (ladies and gents) are on the second floor.
  6. You can leave your belongings, and any valuables in the lockers there. Please remember that we are not responsible for lost items. Showers are also located in the changing rooms.

Yogic Bon-Ton

  1. Please come to classes ontime- don’t be late! Especially when it is your first visit, give yourself an extra 15 minutes to fill out the forms, familiarize yourself with the space, etc. Do your best to stay till the end of the class to participate in a final relaxation. Coming in late/ leaving early really interrupts the atmosphere for everyone.
  2. Please remember to check in at reception each time you come in.
  3. Your phone should be completely switched off, or remain outside of the practice room during the class. There is no texting, calling, recording during the class. Not even checking messages ;)
  4. Please clean after yourself- desinfect your mat, props, fold the blanket, put away the bolster.
  5. Keep your voice down in the common areas. There are classes happening at all times. #savasanaisbestservedquiet
