Paulina is a long- time practitioner of yoga. She has started with the Iyengar approach that taught her all about the precise alignment of the human body in asanas. Afterwards she has shifted to more dynamic forms that synchronized movement with breath. She now practices, and teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Krama methods. The main focus for her is to have a relaxed physical body along with creating strength and flexibility. Paulina’s hands- on adjustments during a class are gentle and effective. She will organically guide you into the right direction, rather than put your body into the posture.
Paulina is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. She keeps developing her knowledge during various workshops and retreats. She has practiced with John Scott, Manju Jois, Krystian Mesjasz, Renia Depciuch and many others. During her visits in India she has also deepened her interest in Eastern Philosophy.
