Lorena Lozano Bravo

Orginally from Spain, I spent the past five years living in Scotland, where my yoga journey deepended and expanded. I began practising seven years ago, exploring styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga.

For yeras ago, I took the step to become a certified yoga teacher, and I haven’t stopped learning since. My training includes Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and most recently. I’m currently completing a Yoga Therapy Diploma with the Minded Institute (London).

My teaching style has evolved alongside my own personal practise. One element that has remainded contant is my deep appreciation for the breath. I truly belived that brathing well can be profoundly healing, while dysfunctional breathing is as the root of much physical and emotional discomfort.

In my classes, I strive to meet each person where they are, adapting the practise to the individual, not the orher way around. I make extensive use of props and encourage self-exploration within the postures, always from a therapeutic and inclusive perspetive. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels safe and empowered to discover what yoga means for them.
