Dancer Prepares

Through a smooth, dance like, powerful movement flow this hour long practice aims to strengthen your body as well as quiet the restless mind. There will be space for exploring breath, strong physical movement and longer pauses for restoring the body in its entirety. You will also have a chance to recognise and release any holding patterns, habits, and tensions - all of which may stand on the way to achieving your full potential.
